Laura London CPDT-KSA

When strangers learns that I am a certified dog trainer, they often ask my advice on how to stop unwanted behaviors in their own dogs.  Regardless of the problem, I always tell them that the answers are never black & white.  There's not one "fix it" path to follow when training your dog, it's more like a Choose Your Own Adventure book.  The choices you make affect the results you get from your dog.  It is my firm belief that building a strong, loving relationship, built on trust and respect between both dog and owner is piviotal in getting a well-mannered, balance, happy dog.  I help owners find the tools they have inside of themselves to develop this important bond.

I am certified through the Certification Council for Professional Dog Trainers (CCPDT) as both Skill Assessed and Knowledge Assessed, a licensed Family Paws Educator and a certified Canine Massage Practioner.  I am an AKC Canine Good Citizen Evaluator and I have taught group classes in Agility, Tricks, Shy Dog Rehab, Obedience & Therapy Dog Preparation.  I also help owners with common day to day issues like, barking, jumping, diggging, reactivity and general anxiety.  I have worked on-set for feature films and commercials as well as served as trainer and co-host of Rescue Dog to Super Dog on Animal Planet.  I partner with local rescues and shelters in an effort to educate and support the dog owners of the communities I live in.  I have now brought my skill and experience to Northern California, serving the dogs and dog owners of Sonoma, Marin and Napa Counties.
